Welcome to our beautiful Grade 2 listed Georgian Farmhouse. Once a thriving and importantly located farm, we have restored the Hall to a welcoming home with the Aga kitchen being the cosy hub of everyday life!
Asenby Hall dates back at least to the 17th century, but the present house reflects the remodelling of circa 1765 with some early 19th century additions.
The chapel and dovecote disappeared many years ago, but the restored ‘Tithe Barn’ has proved a wonderful venue for fund-raising theatricals, concerts and dances.
Clare is a recently retired teacher of French, an enthusiastic Francophile who will be delighted to welcome visitors from all over the world. Both Clare and John look forward to meeting our guests and to welcoming you to our home.
