About Us

Welcome to our beautiful Georgian Farmhouse. Once a thriving and importantly located farm, we have restored the Hall to a welcoming home with the Aga kitchen being the cosy hub of everyday life!

Clare is a retired teacher of French but still teaching at home alongside welcoming guests, making her own marmalade and preserves, helping in the community, singing and enjoying family life among other pursuits! John is a retired Fine Art Valuer and is now very involved in the life of St Columba's Church, Topcliffe ,singing, walking and other pleasureable activities!

Both Clare and John look forward to meeting our guests and welcoming you to our home.
